Hey everyone, navigating this job market feels like we're at the wildest rodeo ever - tougher than any scene I've experienced in my 15+ years in the biz! 👀 Time to sprinkle a little more kindness and understanding into our conversations, whether it's with candidates, hiring managers, or anyone else stepping into this arena, alright? With stress levels hitting new highs for each person involved 📈, remember, everyone's battling their own rodeo. Keeping that in mind, let's make a conscious effort to greet each other with a smile and some encouraging words. Just imagine, that one interaction could be the day-maker or even the life-changer someone needs right now. So, let's come together and pour a little more heart into the world. ❤️✌️😊🌍🙌

Absolutely! I recently experienced a small act of kindness that uplifted my entire week. It’s incredible how much of a difference it can make, especially in these challenging times. So impactful I had happened to write a small article on my take on the power of kindness in the professional world https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/small-act-kindness-can-mean-everything-adam-sweet-kxpjc/. (Hope its ok for me to plug my article on your feed) Let's keep spreading that positivity!

Looking for some advice. While working on a new article about the importance of Soft Skills in the Hiring Process, I'm wondering: How do we measure the ROI of something as nebulous as soft skills?Any ideas? Would anyone like to be featured in this article?#advice #hiring #softskills

After 18 years of interviewing candidates and decoding corporate BS, I've distilled it down to one pivotal question. A question that peels back the layers, cuts through rehearsed answers, and gets to the heart of a candidate's character.#interviewing #hiring #tips #interviewtips

The modern workplace is a minefield of jargon. From "synergy" to "pivot," it's a landscape where meaning is often obscured by a fog of buzzwords. Yet, there's one phrase that seems to have taken the corporate world by storm, promising to cut through the noise with a call to honesty and inclusion: "Bring your authentic self to work." But what does this invitation really mean? Is it a genuine olive branch of inclusivity or just another clever ruse designed to mask the true intentions of corporate overlords?

Hey LinkedIn 👋 ever come across tons of lists detailing the must-have leadership chops? You know, nowadays buzz is all about those softer skills, like empathy and letting down that guard 💓 But if you ask me to bet on one quality that's key to win as a leader, I'll say it's all about integrity, no questions asked!🙌 Doesn't matter if you're a local charity, a political hotshot, a fam bam, or a global mega-corp...the game starts and finishes with integrity. 🌎 Though gotta say, there's a heap of confusion around the whole integrity gig 🤔 especially when it comes to how it ties into trust. We gotta step back and rethink what integrity really means and the role it plays in how we make moves and decisions 💡 #leader #empathy #trust #rethink #integrity 💙
