Custom Fit Orthotics Testimonials from drscholls.ca

Excellent Product!

I had very bad heel pain and that was totally eliminated within the first couple of days of use. I went to a foot store and purchased $99 inserts that were of no value for my feet. The foot mapping system is fast and accurate!

Perfect for Feet

This is probably my fourth set of Dr. Scholl’s. I love the machine because you know that it is mapping your foot and giving you what you need. My husband wears them my daughter wears them. We pass this news around to so many people.

Fantastic

Have had foot pain for years. Tried everything. Nothing really worked until I stood on a machine in walmart and found these. Love them.

Oh yeah

I have tried different brands of shoes with all kinds of socks and inserts but did not find the relief I needed until I tried these. I work on my feet 8-10 hours a day, 5-6 days a week. At 61 yo, I needed some help. I got it with the Dr. Scholl’s Orthotics and have recommended them to everyone I know. My son is now a customer as well.

Bye Bye Pain

Before I started wearing the inserts my feet used to hurt very bad daily from working on my feet all day. Ever since I started wearing the inserts the pain I would normally have in my feet after work was no more.

Works Great!

Had a lot of foot and back pain due to poor posture. I decided to try out the Dr. Scholl’s kiosk machine. After visiting the kiosk and ordering a pair of inserts, it has made a world of difference!

They really do work!

I was very skeptical as to how these orthotics were any different than the generic ones; but after wearing them for only one day; I noticed a BIG difference in how much less pain I was in. They are well worth the price! I would highly recommend.

Eased back pain!

The inserts recommended to me by the Dr. Scholl’s kiosk has helped tremendously with my lower back and leg pain. Want another pair for my work boots!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find a Dr. Scholl’s® Custom Fit® Kiosk?

To find a Kiosk near you, please visit our Kiosk Locator page.

What is the difference between each of the 14 Dr. Scholl’s® Custom Fit® Orthotics?

The Footmapping® technology in our Kiosks assesses multiple parameters of your feet – including your arch type, foot pressure, foot size, and weight – in order to recommend the Custom Fit®Number that’s right for you. Your recommended Custom Fit® Orthotics have a customized cushioning layer to disperse your foot pressure and a customized support system designed for your arch type and placed optimally for your foot size.

The kiosk gave me recommendations for different Custom Fit® Orthotics. Which one should I buy?

In order to get an accurate scan, please remember to keep your feet in the footprint areas and flat during the scans. When you lean forward, your hips should be in front of your feet. If you are following the foot scanning directions correctly and are still getting different recommendations, it is possible that your feet characteristics are in between two Custom Fit®Numbers (for example, you might get a measurement of CF120 and CF220). Both products would be suitable solutions for you. If you get a different 2nd measurement, we recommend going through the analysis a 3rd time and getting the Custom Fit®number which was recommended 2 out of 3 times.

How long does it take to get a Custom Fit Orthotics recommendation on the Kiosk?

It can take as little as 90 seconds to receive your customized recommendation.

Will all users receive a recommendation from the kiosk?

Nearly all consumers will get a recommendation from the kiosk. The product was designed to meet 97% of adult needs.

Can anyone use the Custom Fit® Kiosk?

Any adult who weighs between 70 lbs. and 400 lbs. can use the kiosk; although, it is not recommended for children. The maximum weight limit to use the kiosk is 400 lbs.

What type of shoe does Custom Fit® Orthotics fit in?

The inserts are designed to fit many shoes (sneakers, casual shoes, work shoes), but they may be too thick or wide to fit in snug-fitting shoes as they are built with substantial arch support and ample cushioning for pain relief and comfort.

How long do Custom Fit® Orthotics last? How often should I replace them?

Custom Fit® Orthotics are made with highly durable materials. Under normal use, we expect the Orthotics to last from 6 months to a year. If you use the inserts frequently, we recommend replacing them every six months or at the first signs of wear.

Can I replace my old Custom Fit® Orthotic with the same number?

We recommend taking the assessment again to receive your current Custom Fit® recommendation. Your fit can change over time with changes in age and weight.

How do I place Custom Fit® Orthotics in my shoes? Should I remove my shoe insoles first?

Step 1. Slide the inserts on top of your shoes’ insoles, fabric side up. No trimming required.
Step 2. Put the insert marked “LEFT” and “RIGHT” (see bottom of insert) in the appropriate shoe.
Step 3. Place the heel cushion of the insert against the back of each shoe.

Do Dr. Scholl’s Custom Fit® Orthotics have an adhesive to stick inside the shoe?

No, these do not have an adhesive and are designed to stay in place without an adhesive. They can be switched between different pairs of shoes.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Our Custom Fit®Orthotics are backed with a 90-day Money Back Guarantee. Please see ourMoney Back Guarantee page for details.

Who should I call if I have questions or concerns about the kiosk or product?

If you have any questions or need help with the kiosk, please contact Consumer Relations at 1-866-338-9745.
