    A company that proactively engages a culture of internal mobility makes pursuing your dream role so much easier. I had always wanted to work in Human Resources, but getting the opportunity to do so was incredibly difficult.Fujitsu launched a truly brillant internal career mobility tool this year to its European colleagues. Due to my personal experiences and having listened to colleagues, I really wanted to incorporate Human Resoures into the tool.     📣 According to the report "People at Work 2022: A Workforce View in Europe", based on ADP Research Institute® research, as many as 68% of employees in Poland experience stress at work at least once a week. In addition, according to the data published by theSocial Insurance Institution, in 2022 sick leaves was granted due to mental and behavioral disorders, which translated into 23.8 million days off.In response to the ever-increasing indicators of occupational burnout at work, the OHS Training of Mental Health (BHP Zdrowia Psychicznego) was created by Invest in Pomerania 💡 9 companies took part in it ➡️ Graphcore, Aptiv, GlobalLogic Poland, Godel Technologies Europe, CRIST S.A., Armatis, Fujifilm Europe, iTechArt Group and Jabil 🤝The project aimed to support the creation of a friendly working environment in Pomeranian companies 🙌🏻 Good communication, a favorable atmosphere and respect for work-life balance are important issues that were highlighted in the conversations initiated as part of the project 💪🏻 The activities were carried out in cooperation with the project partner, ICAS Poland.Read how the project was implemented step by step in 9 foreign companies located in Pomerania ➡️ https://bit.ly/3p5yneF. This balance fosters well-being (dependant on how the kids and husbands and dogs are behaving), reduces stress, and increases overall job satisfaction 📈 Enhanced Productivity and PerformanceWe quickly learnt that we each have our own respective strengths and expertise.     2012, I joined "To get a fresh perspective", which resonated with me; I switched industries from Telco to pure IT. I liked the company's vibe—a young organisation with incredible growth plans. When I joined the team in Cluj, we were around 150. Now the office has more than 1500. 2013 "Grow your talent, create your future". As soon as I discovered that growing organisations have infinite opportunities, I started to be more intentional in building my career in Endava. I stepped from a purely recruiter role and started to run L&D programmes, quickly transitioning into a Head of People Development and Recruitment role. My talent was valued and encouraged, having the right support and challenge to evolve. 2017's "Be More" campaign focused on the impact in our communities and how you can contribute and support initiatives for a better world. Personally, I started to be involved in volunteering initiatives, from environment to education.2020 "Reimagining the relationship between people and technology"kicked off in the pandemic and taught us how critical digitalisation is. In a context when everything started to be remote and online, bridging technology and people was essential. For me, it meant switching gears and focusing more on our close-to-client operations. It meant stepping outside my comfort zone and flying half the globe. In 2024, our rebranding campaign will return to our core purpose and values. It is all about people and connections. And this is what kept me in Endava for more than 12 years. I had leaders who challenged me and offered their support to help me grow and build my career.
