    #greektunasalad #tunaforthewin I love an easy meal and canned tuna is a no brainer go to. I added, Kalamata olives, roasted red pepper, artichoke hearts, red onion garlic powder, and mayo. You can swap plain Greek yogurt for the mayo and hearts of palm for the artichoke hearts to make it weightloss friendly. As always it’s dairy and gluten free but full f flavor!     Chewing the Fat: Avocado StyleHow many of you love avocado?🥑I am personally a big fan.❤️But how often do you go into the store to buy one only to find they’re all like rocks? 🪨Well here is a helpful tip:Peel off the skin and cut the unripe avocado into chunks Place it in your air fryer for 5-6 minIt’ll come out soft with a little bit of a crust.Yum!!!🍽😋FYI: 1.5 oz of avocado = 1 healthy fat serving🤓
