Dan Cohen will be giving three presentations at the NACDA Convention June 10-12 about the Title IX implications of revenue sharing, evolving NIL markets, and potential employment status for NCAA student-athletes. A new final rule from the DOL under the H-2A program, set to go into effect on June 28, contains a number of provisions to strengthen labor and employment protections for temporary agricultural workers while also minimizing adverse effects on U.S. workers.
