Dan Cohen will be giving three presentations at the NACDA Convention June 10-12 about the Title IX implications of revenue sharing, evolving NIL markets, and potential employment status for NCAA student-athletes. John Koenig will present on student-athletes as employees at the NACUA Annual Conference on June 27. Chris Bayh, Billy Martin, and other Barnes & Thornburg attorneys will also be at NACDA and NACUA to answer questions from athletics administrators and campus counsel.
