Increasing acceptance of stakeholders towards digital healthcare is necessary. Consideration of needs and prerequisites crucial for the development and implementation of "Blended Care" (especially in the Outer Setting). Over 30 years ago, the Evidence-Based Medicine Working Group introduced a "new paradigm" for healthcare education and practice. Three decades of dedication have yielded many achievements in Evidence-Based Practice (#EBP), yet significant disparities persist in its implementation. Less than a decade ago, the Evidence-Based Medicine Renaissance Group outlined an initial plan to address the #EBM crisis. Earlier this year, colleagues and I presented at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine about strengths and limitations in designing pragmatic clinical studies in AD/ADRD research. The report is now available. I highly encourage reading the section on Fan Li's research on post-randomization bias on which he collaborated with Fan Li (Project PI) on their Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) award, Improving Methods for Addressing Post-Randomization Selection Bias in Cluster Randomized Trials.
