Who has one of these badges? Why did we choose RoSpa as the body that we wanted to accredit our courses?So our customers can be assured that the courses have been quality assured by a specialist in Moving and Handling as well as ensuring processes and systems are adhered to.As they were the most Challenging to achieveThings that we had never been asked for off others Every stick of information they require. If you have not got it they will either assist you to produce it or they will expect you to provide it. We get visits from the RoSpa team, office site visits as well as training visits where they observe the delivery and is it on track and meets the aims and objectives. To some of you who are not used to that level of governace it may seem excessive. To us it keeps us on track and we can make adjustments to course content and tailor course requirements as required. We love it our customers love the Badge when they achieve the standards we have set.

Attention to detail, why's it important?I was extremely fortunate yesterday to have had a once-in-a-lifetime experience with my daughter Kayleigh when we travelled to Scotland on the Northern Belle train.Everything about it was just fantastic, but there was one thing really stood out for me: the attention to detail in everything.
