Congratulations to Jeff B. on his 40 year work anniversary! Jeff started working in production right after high school, and has worked his way up to a plant manager. We want to thank Jeff for all of his hard work, dedication, and loyalty over the years. He has played a huge role in shaping Werk-Brau into the company it is today. Thanks for all you do to make Werk-Brau not only a better place to work, but also the best option for our customers! 40 years is an incredible accomplishment and something to be proud of! When we asked Jeff to give us some advice on what he thought people starting their careers today could do based on his decades of experience and growth he said: “Understand that when you start your new to the organization and will not be in a key position overnight. Learn each new position you’re in and do the best you can at that; over time people will recognize you’re worth their time / trust and you’ll be considered for more responsibility. Identify the people around you that you can trust and ask for advice. It’s likely that older people have already resolved the same problem you’re facing so bounce questions off them. This means at work, in your circle of friends, extended family, in clubs or at church. Try to surround yourself with people you look up to. People that you must work to keep up with, that will challenge / encourage you along the way. All families have problems. Whatever problem you’re experiencing, others have too, or they will eventually. The bad stuff that happens doesn’t define us - how we respond to it does.”

The BrushHound FH-Series is front-mounted with a universal skid steer style mounting plate. Discharge is down so no debris is thrown in the operator’s direction. The need for a demolition door is not mandatory. The reversible triple knives are durable, efficient and provide maximum cutting capacity. As with all BrushHound products, the cutter drum is electronically balanced for smoother operation.

The RockHound Landscape Rake is the original skid steer implement designed to remove rocks, level ground before sod is laid or prepare seedbeds. It was one of the first five Bobcat Company attachments more than 40 years ago. It eliminates hand raking and picks up rocks as small as 3/4” as well as most rocks up to 8”.
